Spanish Cedar wood Veneer.  Spanish cedar, also called West Indian Cedar.  Although called a Cedar, this species is not a softwood like the true Cedar, but actually a fast-growing hardwood.  The appearance is similar to a mahogany in appearance and grain.  It is sometimes called a cigar-box cedar as it is often used in making humidors.  It is also used for furniture and cabinet making, trim, and boat building.  The smell of Spanish Cedar repels most insects.  Ready to be applied to any project.  This veneer comes unfinished in wood on wood backer, 10 mil paper backer and 3M Peel and Stick (PSA) Backer.
