Mahogany Hardwood S4S

Mahogany Hardwood Lumber Boards – Surfaced S4S (surfaced four sides) and kiln-dried.  This board is more finished than our S2S1E boards and cut from our S2S material. Although surfaced, additional dressing and sanding of the boards may be needed to complete your project.

Our Mahogany can come from central and northern South America or tropical African areas, depending on availability. When cut, the color ranges from salmon pink to yellowish pink hues. As it matures, it darkens to a deep red or brown. The grains can be straight, curly or wavy. It is used for furniture, cabinet making, musical instruments and boat building.

Available in 1/4″, 1/2″, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, or 8/4 thickness, 1-1/2″ to 6-1/2″ wide, and 3′ to 8′ long.
