We offer an extended 45 days term business charge account through Capital One, N.A. Setting up a Capital One Trade Account is quick and easy. Just email the following information to Service@CapitolCityLumber.com:
- your name
- business name
- title
- and reference Capital One Trade Account.
You will then receive an application direct to your email address. Most applications take just 1-2 business days to setup. Once account has been setup, you are ready to charge.

Get started with your online account today!
Once your account has been setup, go to www.smartview.capitalone.com and enter your email address to access your account online. That’s it! You will receive a confirmation email from which you will be able to access your account. Give Capital One Trade a call at 888-321-6698 for assistance if you have trouble logging in or if you would like a brief tutorial.
Authorize employees to Purchase
Once your online account is established, click on the Purchaser link on the left hand side of your screen to add or remove authorized employees to purchase. Only authorized purchasers will be eligible to purchase at our store.
Easy expense tracking
You have 24-hour secure access to a state-of-art online account where you can track your business expenses by job, view your open items, download invoices, and keep your authorized purchaser list up-to-date (just to list a few). The invoices on your Capital One Trade account will cross reference to the invoices e-mailed to you from our store with detail information.
Daily invoice delivery
If you have an email address on file with Capital One Trade, you will now be receiving invoice notifications each time your account is charged at our store. The same invoice information is available online for you to download and print as needed. Please let Capital One Trade know if you would prefer not to receive these emails by calling 888-321-6698.
Convenient payment options
Pay online and schedule one-time, or recurring payments and never miss a due date again! You can also call Capital One, N.A. at 888-321-6698 to pay-by-phone. To mail a check, send to: Capital One N.A. Trade, PO Box 105525, Atlanta, GA 30348-5525.
