Mountain Siding is white pine siding that has one side with exposed tree edge for a natural, uneven edge. The two faces are flat and other edge is square. Siding is typically 12″ and wider, but can vary from piece to piece and within a piece since one edge of siding is left uneven. Some pieces come in as wide as 18″. The uneven edge can also sometimes have bark on it.
It is recommended to prime all sides before installation with an exterior grade primer. Then caulk and paint product after installation with an exterior grade product.
This lap siding is sold by the linear foot. It is stocked in random lengths. Discount quantity breaks are available for this siding at 150, 300, 600 and 1,000 linear feet tiers.
