Pecky Cypress Paneling. Give your ceilings or walls more character with a pecky finish.  Ideal for a more rustic look.  Great for ceilings, walls and accent walls too.  This pecky appearance takes years for nature to create. Pockets of swamp cypress sometimes is attacked by a fungus that leaves this “pecky” characteristic in the wood. The decay caused by this fungus is stopped when the wood is cut into lumber and kiln-dried. When stained, the “pecks” in the wood tend to soak up the stain more, allowing more character. This paneling is unfinished Cypress in a beautiful select and knotty grade. We stock this unfinished pecky cypress paneling in 1×4 (discontinued, limited stock) and 1×6 in random lengths.  Sold by the linear foot.
