Not recommended for use on floors, roofs, or decks. Dry to touch in 30 minutes. Let dry at least 1 hour before recoat or topcoating, longer in cooler environments. Coverage is approximately 400 square feet per gallon, depending on surface conditions. Clean up with soap and water.
